Billy Chorey, Sr. is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser (#4001000653) with over 30 years of real estate experience. He has served on the Veterans Administration fee appraisal panel since 1985 and also appraises for conventional loans. He is a Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) as designated by the National Association of Realtors. Through the years, Billy has taught real estate and appraisal courses at local community colleges in the Suffolk area. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute of America (GRI) and holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Graduating from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce, Billy also has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
